No. It is a preventive care membership that covers stated routine appointments and member benefits, not an insurance policy.

Can I spread the cost of treatment?

Eligible finance options may be available following an application and credit assessment. Please ask for terms.

Are all treatments covered by the plan?

No. The plan includes specified preventive appointments and offers a discount on selected additional treatments.

Will the price change after my consultation?

If a clinical examination identifies different needs, we’ll explain the options and provide an updated written estimate before proceeding.

Do I have to join the membership?

Not at all. You are welcome to pay as you go.
